Getting to know you –
This is where we do a discovery session, complete a discovery questionnaire, to help both the coach and the client be very clear on what it is that the client see in their minds eye or in their inner self that they are trying to achieve. Learning what desires, strengths, natural and trained skills the client possess and how are they already using said skill. Discovering what the client is passionate about and what it is that the client believe is blocking their desired outcome.

Map out a path to take the client to where they need to be. Create a solid plan to get the client where they need be, steps and strategies on implementing and working the plan to get you to your desired destiny.
